In 2019, we reached a new milestone for our new product development and service support. These approaches we believe will be able to drive the growth in the following years not only for Transpak but also for you – our valuable partner.

Innovation makes difference

In 2019, we have launched newly-developed strapping head Ares TP-733-SH – the key foundation for our 2^nd generation of fully-auto pallet strapping machines. Following TP-733-SH, we have launched our enhanced Side-Seal Vertical Pallet Strapping Machine POLLUX III TP-733VLM at FachPack 2019. More strapping solutions to be revealed in 2020.

Service drives our business

• Extending the great success of our 7^th European Technical Seminar in 2018, we held a 2-week Technical Training Seminar in Chicago USA in 2019. It is also our first training seminar in Americas receiving very positive feedbacks. We will keep making investment to help our partners enhance the after-sales service ability.
• We invested nearly USD300,000 to upgrade our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system which starts to run in July, 2019. Continuously, we will make investment to enhance our system and upgrade the total services to our partners.

Established since 1983, Transpak is committed to offer high quality "Made in Taiwan" strapping equipment globally. We are proud to say that we provide the most comprehensive product line of strapping equipment in the industry now. In the meantime, we greatly appreciate your support and efforts input for us growing together. We will keep allocating funds in product developments and service upgrade and be well prepared for another decade.
